Hi, I'm Jess!

Speaker, facilitator, and former improv comedian who knows the best improvisers don’t just wing it. They prepare for what they can't predict by practicing curiosity, empathy, collaboration, and adapting when the script changes.


Today, I help leaders and teams build that same readiness, so they can earn trust, guide other people, and champion the next change.
